Why practise SOME CASC stations and observe some stations when you can practise ALL 16 stations just as you would do in the MRCPsych CASC exam?
This two day intensive course is organised to take place a few weeks before the RCPsych CASC exam to provide adequate time for the candidates to identify and work on their potential areas of concern.
On day one there will be detailed tutorials and discussions on the various CASC stations. Each candidate can do 4-5 stations on the day. They will get feedback on their performance.
On day two, the course provides candidates with a mock exam mimicking the real exam. Each candidate will practise 4 linked stations and 8 individual stations in conditions very similar to the real exam. There will be interview skills workshop and physical examinations stations as well.
The course uses professional actors and experienced assessors. The candidates will be provided with high quality individualised one to one feedback both from the examiners and the professional actors.
The candidates will receive course material which includes upto 100 LINKED AND STAND ALONE STATIONS. The candidates will also have EMAIL AND TELEPHONE SUPPORT till the day before their Royal college CASC exam.
