ALL BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

• Cancellation must be made in writing by post or email and received by us atleast 14 days prior to the course date subject to a £100 cancellation charge.
• Cancellations not fulfilling the above criteria will not be accepted and no refund will be given.
• If you miss or attend only part of the course we will not refund the course fee under any circumstance.
• CASC EXAM PRACTICE COURSE reserves the right to vary the venue,number of candidates and date of the course where the occasion necessitates.
• In the event of unforseen circumstances CASC EXAM PRACTICE COURSE reserves the right to cancel the course and candidates will be given full refund of the course fee. 
• For the candidates/delegates to take advantage of  the course they are required to arrive punctually to the course and are prepared to stay upto 7.00 pm on Day 2.If they want to leave early they will get only written feedback from Examiners and actors.
